Was pretty good last week came back to work today and its been pretty slow going.Pulled a 30 min in who was a nightmare. He rocked up 30 mins later than agreed then asked me what time I shut and if he should come back another time so he wouldn't be rushed actually over my intercom!Came up with my profile on his phone and asked if I was the lady he had booked (up to date untampered with photos on my profile with my face showing plus I wouldn't exactly be answering the door in a babydoll if I wasn't expecting him) said he had read all my details and I was meant to be good.Sigh didn't seem to know my rates and didn't seem to be arsed that he was so late.He stood umming and aahing over whether I was worth 50 or 60 (rate is 60)so I told him to have it on his toes.On his way out he kept telling me he was a gentleman and we shouldn't argue.Told him I was a lady so I wouldn't be slamming the door on his way out.Deffo a day for idiots ringing or even face to face.

Why don't you make appointments with all of them, and then who shows up, then shows up and who doesn't then is a no show? Then tell them sms or so that they have to wait a bit. Works on 30minutes appointments. I don't do this now, but have done this before when had lots of tw.
He came in the morning and woke me up with killer instinct. Wish I could stop this now.

The trouble is if everyone does arrive then you have made a genuine client wait about and you can then end up with a reputation as a timewaster yourself not to mention said client will probably have things to do himself which means he cannot wait for 30 mins. Not fair to do this to clients when we don't like them being late for us.

Yes this is the reason i dont do it and never did it. I have now build up a reputation and i dont want to throw away everything . I might tell them to confirm an hour in advance and if they dont i will call back the ones who agreed for a last min booking or so i dont know i will figure it out eventually :))

The most enquiries I've ever had since starting and the most TW's I've ever had since starting! What the hell? >:(

Things are back to normal for  me, too.

I spent too much over Christmas and didn't work so I am in a bit of a hole. Therefor, I have imposed a "lock-in"on myself. I am staying in my flat and won't go home until I've put a certain amount of money in the bank. I'm not working 24-7 but just trying to stay focused the way I can be when I'm on tour. Luckily, I'm getting bookings early enough in the day and not being tortured by a silent phone that only decides to ring a few hours after I've lost the will to live. :D

Dead all yesterday thankfully had a 2 hour outcall on the evening so it wasn't a complete bust.
