All in all August wasn't half bad, despite many quiet spells. Shitload of timewasters the past few days, though. oO

I wasnt avalible today and missed 33 calls at least 3 bookings were in that. Totally gutted.

Why does that ALWAYS happen when you're not working/available?!

I know sods law then when avalible will be hoping to be busy but usually it takes time to pick up again always the way. Then will look back thinking about all those missed calls where are they now.

This thread seems quiet at the moment yay. Is everyone finding it busy at the moment? I'm not I'm finding it dead all week and then manic rushed off my feet at the weekend. That is the opposite of how I like to work, I prefer to be steady all week not manic for a few days to earn the same amount!

Reason I ask is because I've had a hiccup in my advertising that was completely unexpected and outside my control and I'm worried it is affecting business quite badly while I recover, or it could just be extremely quiet at the moment. I don't know!

I'm still making my targets but it's definitely quieter than I'm used to.

Been a busy average here so far  this week which Im happy with. Time will tell how the rest of the week goes I guess

Yesterday was fine.Today I'm getting a fair few timewasters,1 no show and only one definite booking so far.

Two half days of incalls, 3 bookings each day. Quite okay but could have easily been more because of lots time in between. All those men seem to want the same booking time so it's  because I can't do two at the same time ;-)

It is good to see things are still good here despite the law change. People panicked at first but not as much now.
