Depending on the hours worked, for me that would be slow...

Which is why it is very hard to get a feel for what people mean by it is slow, we all have different work loads, I only count the money I have taken after expenses as they can vary from week to week depending on how much I pay for my hotel room, but if I had spent two nights in a hotel and only taken that amount home, after expenses, I would be disappointed

I think its picked up again.I could have done around 4 hours on Saturday but had to turn it down for various reasons.Today I did my average which is 3 bookings.Still alot of idiots on the phone at the minute,more so than usual.

yeah I have trouble what people mean by slow. Im outcall only so if I get one bookig a day thats busy. My overheads are very low tho when it comes to paying my bills. Last week was my first official slow week as not one booking and I didn't make an awful lot on cam either. but then I only workedofficially for like 3 days haha

I'm trying to be efficient. I keep records on excel so I know what I'm making and I've started doing a little graph thing so I can see what months/days are quiet for me, then I can plan accordingly for next year. It's quite interesting to see the results.

Last year was the first in 5 years I didn't go abroad. I think its starting to show...am I grumpy much? Lol

I have noticed that whilst the number of bookings has been lower, as per every march, the actual bookings that are being made are long ones. Last march it was mainly short ones. I see this as a good thing. Also the number of time wasters has dropped dramatically this last week. x

Ugh, you guys are killing me with this March is dead stuff. I already endured a dead December, January and February. I need March to be good. I don't think it has to do with the month at all, it's location. I was busy earlier this month in other cities, but once again I'm home and it's dead again.

When I'm touring, I'm stressed. But at home, I'm bored AND stressed lol.

Then you need to take one.... book it and go or it will never happen.

I have at least 5 weeks holiday abroad each year and have done for the last 15-20 years, you need to book them in advance and work towards them.

My OH used to work 7 days a week and the only way I could get a him to take a holiday was by booking it in advance and he would plan for them, it is much harder to go if you have nothing booked as you can always use the extra money rather than spending it.

Actually I've noticed bookings are longer. I'm getting slightly less bookings but longer 2hour bookings and recently a lot of 0 feedback guys booking (I don't mind accepting them so long as theyre polite).

I'm glad I'm not escorting out of a store front or anything. Then again, maybe that would help things if I did lol.

It's been so dead, I almost feel like me as a character....is dead. But only at home do I feel this way. Last week, I had 2 $200 bookings back to back in San Francisco. This week, the only booking I've had was a fucking $50 CIM booking.

Utterly shit.

Well its getting better for me in Newcastle

I think maybe I was slow as I've only started back up and needed to get established....

I agree and disagree. Yes to a degree its the location but the location at certain times of the year. I'm here all year around and have been i this town for the last 6 or so years so Im telling you, its March lol. I have toured to the midlands during this month and its been shite during march too.I have also worked in London during this time of year and its been far quieter there too. Maybe somewhere it istn quite in march x
