I am taking this week off. Everyone cancelling on me and I can't se any snow....I don't want to waste anymore time on cancellations. That half of inch outside is funny excuse for cancelling appointments.

I have not worked any of this week had planned to considering been off for couple of weeks but snow too bad and i need a car to get to places and it is snowed in here still had a few enquiries but no chance.

I'm in Hampshire and it's  snowing steadily since last night  , I've paid for Local escort and AT all week but only had 2 text today both from guys saved in my phone as "do not answer " . I have a booking tomorrow and he's.just re confirmed , he's local so I'm assuming that short of a blizzard he will attend (he's a regular) .
This said I'm still in my pj's so not putting much effort in drumming up business  ;D

Weather like this makes me SO glad I work from home! At least I'm not making a loss. Even if you cancel accommodation and don't get charged what about advertising costs if you're touring?

Thats how I feel too. Especially having time off so makes me more keen to avoid timewasting and maybe over the top cancellations. I keep looking outside my window and its not too bad. Just lightly snowing on and off but of course might be different elsewhere and never know how far clients come to travel. Had a cancellation tomorrow, not too bothered but a bit gutted as was an overnight and for me those meets are like gold dust! haha

I've had two bookings today but had quite a few cancellations yesterday because of the weather.

It's not been a good tour but I'm staying put until tomorrow as my hotel room is cosy.

Well it?s the 1st today meaning that paydays have already happened or they?re just around the corner but due to this damn fucking weather  :FF  then I feel I?ve wasted my aw credits by using the AT option, typical.  I?m gonna be featured on the front page on Sunday and it cost me 38.40 in credits to do so, so I hope and pray that the weather will be back to normal! It didn?t snow in December, January or February but come the spring month and it fuckin snows!!! Grrrr

I feature myself for escorting every weekend and costs me a bomb but worth it when i do tour. Cancelled this weekend as dont see the point and not willing to make a loss.

Such a pain. Hope it clears up soon!!

He was lucky to get there. All transport across the central belt of Scotland was/is off as snow is approx 15/18" thick with no chance of giving up.

We are on red alert and people are being warned not to try going out and definitely not in motors.

My late afternoon client today had no excuse for not driving in this weather as he only had a 5minute walk to get to me.  I have scraped my target for the week but didn't expect to do even that.

Off to bake a pie now. Yum.
