All print advertising rates are up for negotiation in my experience. Have you tried saying 'right, I'm moving to one day a week unless...'? (Going for a different day each week should still reach a large proportion of the readership.)
Depending on your clients, I'd also look at the gay and fetish media. That level of money is going to get various ad people looking to please you.
Sadly for me, clients who visit transsexual escorts,
identify as straight and would not look at any gay male sites or publications.
I've only ever had one 'out' gay man {doing it out of curiosity},
a dozen bi-identifying men
and huge numbers of straight men.
I don't think advertising on gay sites or publications would bring me any return.
