I've had 4 bookings so far this week which for me is about average. 2 regs 2 newbies. Would have had another reg book in had I not missed his call  ::)

But yes, I agree with everyone about the timewasters. Shocking atm.

Mon and Thurs were dead but other days busy so a very decent week, can't complain at all, well except about the time wasters but I can usually sus them out pretty quick so don't let them drain me.

Monday and Thursday were the only days I worked this week. The rest of them were dead. Could have done a booking this afternoon maybe, but I was out having my nails done  :)

I arrived in one area just prior to Lockdown, then off for two months so no chance to build up regulars. Ended up being there over 4 months in total. When I came back I was happy to do a couple of bookings only per week as part of my Covid precautions but it was slow and more TWs than normal. I also had the bad luck to have a UTI which forced me out for weeks.

I don’t have a base currently so no choice but to move around . I am in a newish area atm but in 6 days around 80 TW calls and texts. That’s obscene. It wouldn’t get to me if I was actually getting more than the odd booking.

Strange isn't it how there doesn't seem to be any uniform pattern to it.

Getting nails done obviously a priority so if he couldn't get his arse into gear and book in advance then his problem he missed out  ;-)

Yes. I usually find it gets busier when kids go back. Although I'm not at work today so don't know.

Same here, only 3 bookings all week.

Maybe something to do with getting kids ready to go back to school or people getting away now the weather has picked up ... Who knows  ???

Well, presumably the new lockdown doesn't help? Risk of fines, hotels clamping down etc.

Same zero bookings this week despite having AT or Available for Phone Chat every day. Just a few TWs. I’m not in a local lockdown area tho.

Thought last week Was bad enough (2 bookings)

No, they're locking down cities/areas as and when needed. Leicester was the first, much of NW England now, and then Glasgow this week.
