Hi again :)

Just wondering what the etiquette is regarding missed calls, do you just not worry about them and let them call back or do you text or return the call?

I've just been leaving them to call back if they do.

It's not really the done thing to phone clients, but I do send a text if I've JUST missed it so they can ring back if they like. If not, and your voicemail is set up so they can leave a message if needs be (I find that a lot of clients don't and prefer to just try again), I would just carry on as you are. If they're that bothered, they'll ring back  :).

I didn't think it would be cool to phone but did wonder about the text, i've just missed a few calls and wondered.

I keep a few template text messages in my phone for this - they are also handy for when you have it with you can't talk for whatever reason ('Sorry but I can't talk at the moment, please ring after xxx', etc) and it makes it quicker too. If it's been more than about a minute I don't send them though.

I call back if I see a missed call within 10 minutes, and I say on my website that I'll do that. I used to say in my voicemail too, but someone complained because he thought I said I'd definitely call back within 10 minutes so I left it out of my last recording. I also call back if I've had loads of missed calls from someone fairly recently. I haven't had any complaints (apart from the aforementioned).

I send a text if I miss the call and realise within about 15 minutes. I also haven't had any complains about this. x
