Possibly a pimp, New client and red flags.
« on: 11 June 2022, 04:16:25 pm »
I recently had a new client and even before he got his shoes off he was going on about his flat, He lives in Ipswich and I just said I'd never tried the area. He then goes on and into detail about a girl who rents his flat and her services and howsometimes he is there when she works but hides in a room, Tells me how well he gets on with this other escort and how I can try his flat. Being polite I said I'd think about it and got on with the booking. Now he keeps messaging me being very friendly and showing me WhatsApp videos of his boat and offering to pick me up and take me to see his flat. Like he dangling carrots for me, I'm fiercely independent in life and in work as I've learnt the hard way in the past.

It's always tempting to jump at the chance of renting a place and not worry about the landlord finding out but I'm way to worried that if the guys keen then what's in it for him. I know he will get a daily rate for the use of his flat but I think he'll want more.

I don't see myself as easy prey so wondering why this guys is trying it with me, My gut tells me his not as well intentioned as he makes out.

The fact he hides in the room whilst the escort is there working is a massive no no. I would in no way feel comfortable with it plus imagine if a client finds out. I would block and ignore.

Surely you can find a place to work from yourself. It wouldn't surprise me if this bloke might also try getting sexual favours off you too.

In all my years of being an independent sp I have only once met someone who tried it on with the "I can help you" talk.  He arrived and paid for a short booking and all was well until he was putting his jeans back on. He asked was I usually busy and not wanting to give him any info I just told him I was happy with my bookings. He then revealed "I can get you lots of work"

Wanting him out of the door pronto I told him politely no thank you. Maybe he sensed that I was confident and assertive so he said ok and left. It did slightly unnerve me but didn't show it and he never booked me again which was a relief.  He could have been doing the rounds of sps in the hope of finding a vulnerable one who could be manipulated.  Sobering thought.

When an offer like that comes along, it can be tempting, but everyone is right. So many red flags!

If you work from his place, which other girls rent out, it's a brothel and a landlord will be the least of your problems. It will empower him to threaten to call the police as well maybe taking big cuts from your earnings.

I say stay well away. Block him number, or set in clear firm boundaries and just copy + paste them. "No thank you, I'm happy where I am." "No thank you, I'm  happy where I am"

xx

Thanks girls, I haven't blocked him but I've made an excuse not to see him fir a booking. Now I think back he kept going on about how I could do this and that as a service and he knew a lot even how to mix up a massage oil and take showers with clients first. Didn't feel like he was in the booking because he needed sex but more recruitment lol

Its bloody scary how we can be targets for these guys, Times are harder now financially for some so the hustlers come out of the woodwork to make money off someone else's hardwork.

It's ok I'm not interested in having a creep try and take over my earnings, I work to provide for my kids and that's where my money goes.

Will block if he keeps bugging me.

I've never had an actual client offer or even insinuate pimping but I have had offers via text/email of 'apartments to rent or security'. Mind you, I trust no one anyway. Even the nicest of clients can cross boundaries.

I find clients that offer what they perceive as opportunities for escorts to use their premises usually have no understanding of the job and are often fantasists.

However this guy sounds like a potential pimp so it would be best to avoid him completely and put him on block.

A few punters have offered me spare properties to use, I am never interested. Firstly within seconds my brain has worked out every possible going wrong scenario, and I can instantly see how trapping it could easily become. Secondly their idea of a working property is likely to be different to reality.

For years a couple of regulars kept telling me a flat I'd once had was the most discrete and anonymous. I knew in fact it was the least discrete.

I had a client visit me once and go on about how many flats he owns as well as how he wouldn’t mind renting them out to me for a fee + “fun”  ::)

Block him. Not worth it

I had one client like that say those exact words and I replied saying if I am renting paying you for your flat then any fun with me you are to pay me. If it is just me using flat and you want fun then I consider the sex as a waiver form of payment towards your property it is either one or the other not you get my money then fu..k me for free. That makes no sense whatsoever. The guy got iffy pissed off as it was at the end of the booking and said you won't make it far in this business.
Well the dick head is wrong as I am still working making the paper.

I wouldn’t have a problem exchanging my services for goods (it could get messy) but the audacity of these blokes to think you’d not only pay to rent a place and screw them.  :FF
