What are the general opinions on sending out face shots if your asked?

Do you ladies send them out via email or are you all too aware that they maybe could show up on a site somewhere and expose you?

I have a prospective client that is not currently in the country and has requested a booking for when he returns home. He has asked for a face shot but has also said he understands if I do not want to send one and understands the reasons why I might not want to send one.
I have checked him out as far as I am able to. His number originated from where he said he was, he knows a lot about the local area so must be from here, as in, all the back routes through traffic and the pubs and so on so he seems to be genuine about where he is now and where he originates from.
Would be interested to know how great the risk is of finding your face splashed across a site you advertise on should you go ahead and show yourself?

I don't think he minds waiting till the day. I don't think it's going to cost me a booking and if he was making noises like that I would have sent him a pic of Bella Emberg instead!

My main reason is discretion. Large 9(for the area) but still a small town, a fair number of my clients value the d-word. Mainly they need to know they can come here without chance of being accused of seeing the local 'lady'! So that means keeping a reasonable profile. I may of course also want to work locally in the future and certainly don't want to put my current safety at risk either.

Showing my face to anyone prior to meeting is something I chose not to do in order to take sensible steps towards maintaining that discretion. I have been asked a couple of times this year to send photos before an appointment - 4 times out of 5 I didn't. The only time I did was when I had built up a rapport with someone I felt had shown me enough trust to earn a waiver, and was also themselves commiting to a large booking.

I'm afraid an short email with "I want to book you but cannot without seeing your face" is not going to cut the mustard. There are plenty of guys out there who will respect your decision and be quite prepared to see you 'blind' so don't worry about that.

I have been asked this and I never send out a face pic.

My photos on aw and my site all show a blurred face and that is all they get.

Sure they take the risk of seeing me as do so so many guys dont they?

I would never send out a pic for fear that it could end up in the wrong hands and be used just for someone to get a kick out of saying - look here I have her pic - the escort - who tries to remain discreet.

I learnt my lesson when in the early days I used to have some pics of me on aw up where my face was not blurred but i was wearing sunglasses - I later deleted those pics but recently (and thanks to Saafe warnings) I checked out the internet and found a site I had never never registered on had my old aw profile up with my old aw name and a pic in full view on the site of me wearing the sunglasses

ok so i was dressed (thankfully in underwear) but anyone looking at that could easily recognise me and it horrified me.

I also used to have face pics (not blurred) in my aw private gallery - but most recently decided to blur everything and I feel more comfortable with that for personal reasons

sure some girls have face pics up and dont worry about it at all - its a personal thing but for me as i said no way - and would not want anyone to be in possession of a face pic of me

I had a submissive client last week who's been an "admirer" of mine for a few years. He told me that he had downloaded my Domme pictures from 2004 (when I used to show my face) and he still has them!! Those pictures I don't mind so much as I was dressed in pvc gear throughout and there was nothing uncompromising about them. But it did freak me out a little bit. He saw nothing wrong with that and even considered it an homage.

Another time when I followed my stats to see where my traffic came from, I found that somebody had lifted one of my pics and posted it on a non-punting related website based somewhere in Africa. It was some random guy telling other posters what he considered to be the ideal woman, and he used my pic as an example.

I had another guy tell me a few weeks ago that he's downloaded a picture off my current site and uses it as desktop background!
I showed my face back then and I put up with the consequences. The one thing I'm thankful for is that I never had pics in any uncompromising positions, they were purely portrait, so if I had to lie to explain them away, I'd bluff like hell.

But it goes to show you that once you give in and you start sending pictures that you wouldn't otherwise have on your site, your picture can end up anywhere.

Dont do it!!! my ex sent loads of pics of me and him to people I had denied having anything to do with!! They were quite good though!!!
