I guess if I stopped owo  I'd loose many clients  but there are always other things I don't do and guys still book.
I do ow for clients who request it .I keep flavoured condoms in stock
Loads of escorts offer all kinds of services I don't do  but I still got work from day 1.
Sure I would have been busier had I done  cum anal   bare back but it wasn't something I'd want to try.
As regarding mentioning health screening I'd just tell individual clients if  it came up in conversation.
I wouldn't blog it but it's up to you Animalandearthlover .
It's what your comfortable with that matters .

Hi everyone

Thanks for all of the advice
I suspect it may just be quiet as I returned to an area I had toured two days prior thinking it may be lucrative again but I won't be making that mistake again! Two days at a time seems to be my best bet

But I'm definitely going to try it out for the next few days with just OW, especially as I will be moving tour locations soon

Thanks again

Hey everyone, so I have been escorting 5 years, fairly low volume majority of clients are regulars. I offer OWO, I don't do bareback or anal. I recently tested positive for oral gonorrhea, (negative for vaginal), this has blown my world apart, I have been so upset and haven't worked since. Treatment has been successful quick injection and four antibiotics and an all clear a week later. However I am now very reluctant to offer OWO, I have used a contact service to notify most of my clients (clients that have seen someone else subsequently, so it wasnt obvious it was me) however not all of them can be contacted. (Incidentally my regular partner tested negative). I had no symptoms, and worryingly the culture was resistant to the antibiotic tablets (the injection cleared it though). I have done lots of reading about it, OG does clear up in a lot of incidences itself so maybe if I had swabbed a couple of months later I would have been none the wiser. Listening to Radio 1 this week every 4 minutes someone is diagnosed with OG or chlamydia, does this mean more of us have it and dont realise as it is generally symptomless and not swabbed as routine? I have built up my business with regular clients, so in one fell swoop I potentially may loose my client base as I will no longer do OWO, fingers crossed I won't, and that I will find more clients that are more safety conscious and only want OW.......makes you think!

Oral with or without? Why you do it or why you Don’t
« Reply #409 on: 05 February 2019, 02:43:26 am »
A lot of my escort friends don’t do oral without and some like myself offer it, I would like to know some opinions on this. Do you charge extra, do you ask if they want it with protection etc

As you can see from the thread I have merged this with, this is one of the eternal questions* - along with things like 'how much should I charge?' - where the answer is 'it's up to you (and no-one else)'.

* There are other threads about this too, this one's just the longest...
'The Ian formerly known as SW5'. What they said: "Indispensable", "You are our best resource", and (hours later!) "I'm afraid that you're being made redundant..."

I changed to OW only a few months ago, not made any difference to my business, in fact I have had clients contact me because I offer this service.  I haven't reduced my rates either.

Yes I ask if they want protection.
Yes I charge extra for OWO.
I won't do OWO if I don't feel like it.
I get completely checked at the clinic every 3 weeks If I'm doing it often.

I've never offered OWO and I've been a full time escort for 10+ years.  I do really well.  I get the odd client to clarify if I do offer it every once in a blue moon and they pass me up on a service but I just don't want to taste their precum or taste their bare cock in my mouth, even if it's just come out of the shower or cleaned by me.  My technique with a condom is pretty good and I put on a really good show for clients with extra thin condoms.  Most clients prefer me to do protected anyway.  If I did offer OWO I would absolutely charge an extra 20 quid on top of my fee because I consider it to be a very specialized service.  I think clients are incredibly lucky to receive OWO as a service IMO.

I occasionally get a client who wants with condom on for bj.
Mostly I do owo I've not ever had a mouth infection and tested often.
I do gently examine the cock when giving hand relief to start  if it's looking or smelling foul ill get them to wash it and say I like it clean.
I've refused to go down on some and said it's the condition that I'm concerned about and will use a flavoured condom instead.

My thoughts exactly. I'm squeamish about tasting and sharing bodily fluids (including saliva, hence no french kissing). It doesn't even matter how clean they are. I enjoy oral so much better when I feel protected, which means they get a better service.

The tutti frutti condoms are handy when clients insist on OW.

If they are whiffy and prefer OWO I take them to the handbasin and wash them down myself which oddly enough clients find enjoyable and their willy goes erect.

I get checked regularly every six months and have never caught anything so much as once.

For me it’s Owo for clients that are circumcised and OW for clients that aren’t.
