By the looks Of it the Bareback problem is much worse than I though so that's it for me. I won't be offering owo ever again. I have contracted a couple of oral sti's myself an it hasn't been nice. If I do return to escorting after I've had my baby everything will be protected because at the end of the day we don't have any idea who guys are sleeping with or doing sexual things with without protection. If less girls offer owo it will soon become the norm that many won't expect it, so many expect it as a 'standard' but it's not standard it's also More intimate. I would previously offer cim and swallow but had a few awful experiences and my partner didn't like me offering those services which is fair as they could potentially risk his health also. For my own peace of mind and my partners and my health also it's not something I feel as though I ever want to be doing again.

Yes the OWO was always considered a extra only some women did it and they would charge extra for that service but now its standard. It is crazy when you think about it because a standard service means now huge risks of STIs and it is abnormal to not offer it now days.

I said this before i think most women would not offer this if they did not think they needed to i do know some on here actually hate the condoms so like doing it but i bet if there was a survey done on all sex workers a high percentage would come back choosing to give it up with business remained the same.

Well... I'd bet the opposite. When you take STIs out the the equation, who would want a bunch of condom in their mouth instead of human skin?

When it comes to punters, I would. I don't want some random's bare cock dribbling body fluids anywhere inside me and even the thought gives me the dry boak.

+1, as I said a few weeks ago. I hate doing OW. I never do CIM, and I would wipe if there was any pre-cum or they'd been to the loo just beforehand. If someone's hygiene was bad, there would be no oral at all, period.

I am going on the fact years ago i used to know lots of working girls and none of them wanted to suck a punter without but obviously that is not the whole community.

But yes i would prefer plastic rubber in my mouth to leaky pre cum. I have tried it and the leaky juices makes me want to gag i really really hate it if they have pre cum but each to there own like you said some like that.

I suppose we all have our preferences. I would far rather have pre-cum than saliva on me!

(Just had to tell a guy today "Do NOT spit on anyone without asking, dude.")

Yep and preferences are not the main factor for me.

Every time I think about going back to it I slam up against the fact that there?s more risk that was previously thought with OWO, sexual health trumps everything for me.

I?m considering not offering RO also.

Spitting: also gross.

Spitting is just low and disrespectful i had 1 man once do that to me because i was doing a bit of role play as soon as he did it i said what do you think you are doing do not ever do that again. He was like i am so sorry i thought you might like that. How many people would actually like that not many.

Its unprotected oral that is spreading the drug resistant gonnorhea according to the WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION, so you would be wise to stop it, no amount of money can ever be worth catching an untreatable STI, to add to this, anyone who gets it would be forced to do OW, otherwise they would passing it to every client they get.

I'm thinking of only offering OW from now on.  One thing that confuses me, is if a guy has gonorrea or chlamydia there is a good chance he has it orally as well. So if I'm doing OW that will protect me from catching it orally, but the second he does oral on me surely he will transmit it that way?

It's not easy to get, say, chlamydia via receiving cunnilingus. It's also not true that if they have a case in their urethra, they're likely to have one in their throat. They might, but as it usually doesn't have any symptoms, no-one can be sure about the incidence.

But, as ever, it depends on your attitude to risk and how valuable what you're considering giving up is.

There are plenty of clients who are fine with OW. I suspect fewer will be interested in covered RO.

Oral With only. For ever and ever.

Yes a lot of SPs offer OWO but I see it the same as Bareback. I have caught chlamydia from oral before.
Way before I even became a sex worker.

And no amount of money in the world will make me risk my health.
