Gumtree Deleting Ads

Hi, this might have been already covered but I couldn't find anything. I've had a Gumtree account for a few years with the same massage ad, I trained in massage. Gumtree just deleted my ad and wouldn't say why or give back the money. I thought someone had complained about the account for some reason and set up another one and the same thing happened. I don't know what to do or why they can just delete accounts

 if you post an ad on gumtree with a picture of a flower offering deep tissue and they suspect "more is on offer" gumtree staff will call (passing themselves as a normal client) asking for happy ending on the phone, if you say "yes, it's xyz extra" they will delete your ad and bann you. Also your competition (usually your local asian massage parlour) will flag your ad from different IP addresses as "offering sex services" (they are known to do that) and you will be banned too. The only way around this is to make an account from a different IP address and use a different credit card and change your number. Gumtree staff/bots also google your number so if it's linked to other ads on the web with sex services it will get deleted too.

I used to advertise a few years back also sent my certificate nvq level 3  massage no mention of reason removed a shame because I  had some nice genuine clients from there
