Newbie in Manchester seeking advice [was: Help!]
« on: 27 September 2017, 01:29:19 pm »
Hi Ladies Ive just starting out a few weeks ago doing independent. The only times I can work is during the day but lately I've been getting the 1 booking during the day. Just enough to cover my hotel room.😩 Does anyone have any advice on how to get at least 2 3 bookings a day? I do this to make money but lately I've been losing it instead. Also does  anyone know of day hotels in Manchester that don't have key cards? Or know of anyone renting out a room for a daily rate? Any help/advise would be appreciated

Cheaper prices, alluring photos, touring, expanding your services (as far as you are prepared to) and expanding your advertising.  While I too sometimes struggle for business, these measures have worked for me.

Hello and welcome to saafe. There's lots of advice on here for newbies and lots of ways of helping you also, in terms of gaining your popularity on aw maybe feature your profile in the local escorts search of that area, do webcamming  also as you can get very good clients from it, and set your avaible today setting and show your number. If you can think of anything in particular that makes you stand out that your into sexually and enjoy also maybe marketing yourself around that will help. If you have any other questions I would be happy to lend a hand x.

Are you buying featuring for the days you're available? If you buy a month in advance when it becomes available it's usually less than 10 credits. If you can't do that, are you buying local escort search for the days you're working? Are you able to advertise in advance or are you booking your days ad hoc? If you can get a regular routine, e.g. every Tuesday is a day room at X hotel, you will build up regulars. Apart from AW, what advertising are you doing? Do you have a website and Twitter feed?

I thought day rooms at hotels were only to a certain time like 3pm  as I checked it out once. What times do you work?  Are you available enough hours.

Hey guys! Thanks for the response, I use the day rooms from 10-5. I put myself on Available when I am working. And also feature myself a few days before I work. I can only work 2 days a week manly on a Thursday or Friday. That's when my little ones in nursery and thought those would be the busy days. Been doing it for a few weeks. I only advertise on AW punters say my profile is good. I would like to get professional pictures done to boost my profile but with not getting enough bookings and after nursery fees and the hotel fees I'm left with nothing x

I would advice you to advertise in more places then consider your working hours in the area you are in and also to create stability in your working hours and days and response to punters who are interested in seeing you. Remember that punters will move on if they can't reach you thereby you lose work/income.

Many factors play in when you operate from an area depending on traffic and accessibility i.e. Is it a busy area with many punters travelling to or through? Is it a commuter area where people return from work after 5pm? There's a lot to consider..... for example, in some areas I work best late evenings and in some I finish around 10pm latest.

You are new so you will get there eventually. Building up a clientele can be tough especially if you only work as you do.

Good luck 😉

I have always found working independent on a very part time basis hit and miss i feel like i need to be available a lot to get some bookings as choosing 2 days only could be dead days but what your need to deal to make it work is advertise else where like viva or friday ad that will get phone ringing more but you do have the expense for 2 days it might or might not pay up. Some women have got extra work from agencies if only availble a small amount to top it up but then dp you want to work for an agency also. I had WG friends that quit working indie when only available 1 or 2 days a week as they found they needed to arrange and take calls emails bookings on other days when they did not want to or could not so they went to agency 1 or 2 days a week because they only could work those set hours and other days phone off and no interaction with it. You could see how you go with more adverts though and go from there but being honest i have not found being indie beneficial very part time unless you have regulars built up then it can work.

I've found that having a wide range of possible hours is best, even if you are only going to accept 1 booking. I find you can never predict, one week it's feast, the next hardly anything but it all evens out.

I'm working today so fingers crossed I get more then the 1 I always have an 8 hour gap to do bookings. I used to work for an agency was very busy but then stopped. Every time new girls started I was getting less and less clients. Spoke to the owner to try getting me jobs but obviously all they care about is making themselves money. I don't mind going to another agency apart from the fees you have to pay. It's just finding one I know will be busy and has good clients

In Manchester, featuring didn't seem to make a huge difference, but it's vital to be on the "local escorts" page.

Manchester city centre is pretty saturated. Getting out of the town centre should help... Somewhere where parking is no issue.

If you participate in this forum, you will discover that much more information will be revealed to you. So stick around and post a bit.

What areas does anyone suggest that are close to Manchester but seem to be busy? It's a pain I can only work 2 days a week during the day. Is daytime ever busy for anyone? X

Don't work from 1 place in your city. Always change places from a few very busy locations.

Photos give much of attention. If you have funds, book a good photographer.

Try to list yourself in other directories too.

Near picadilly gardens, salford, near victoria. Try to go to liverpool once in a while.

I've worked a bit from Manchester and can vouch that Victoria/Piccadilly Station are good. Also definitely try working later into the evening if you can so you get evening appointments when clients finish work. Good luck! Xx
