This is the reason I wont work from home, its a semi-posh area. Ive found work in a massage parlour because there is the security of other girls there too. (Although its a pain paying part of my fees to the manager).

You could say you have many male friends but if it was to be investigated that is your statement could end you in even more trouble. Spacing them apart and timing more discrete times. I had nosey neighbours in last and this place. But it is all settled down. It helps as they are office workers many here so it gets less discrete from about 4.30pm onwards. I even clocked it during a booking to be sure. So only see a few after that time spaced apart. In apartment big places from my experience they are to wrapped up in their own lives to bother. Which suits me very good. That is what we all want to just be left be doing this. Unfortunately somes life must be so boring they have to get in our way making their life involved with escorts in such a negative way.  It give them some thing to do to stimulate their minds.

I think MD is in Belfast or Ireland where the police /laws can be different My experience of Belfast police  is that can all depend on the police officer, the area and if he has had his weetabix that morning with regards to how they treat you

You are doing nothing illegal ( so remember that first and foremost Prostitution is not illegal in the UK no matter what anyone else including the Police tell you )

Your neighbours are unfortunately assholes who are bored and at home all day long and have nothing else to do and unfortunately your there whipping girl at the moment .

Husband is probably frustrated that guys are getting sex and he isn't and the wife feels threatened that she might have to fuck her husband in case he spends the beer money on you   ;D

I would just carry on working ( but I'm stubborn like that) and see what happens
Unfortunately people like that can and will make your life uncomfortable but if your brave enough and stubborn enough to ride it out they will get bored once they realise you aren't moving

Assholes like your neighbours always get bored and move on to something/someone else eventually and while it's probably not nice while it's happening  it just depends on if you have the balls to say fuck em and carry on which is exactly what I would and have done in the past

Oh and don't admit anything to them either

I think the time that has elapsed with no police at your door sort of says that IF they went to police with "complaint" that they were sent away with a flea in their ears.

I defo think on the initial day in question it was said for your benefit and to put the wind up you.

Beauty is nothing to do with having a pretty face.
It is about having a pretty mind, a pretty heart,
And most importantly a beautiful soul.

Do you have a cover story for why there are visitors?
[/quote]

I too struggled with mosey neighbours when working from home. My solution was to get some removable magnetic signs for the sides of my car outside the house.  The signs advertised me as offering a professional wig and toupee service. It worked and was never questioned.

Good luck with this, it sounds like a total nightmare. Personally I wouldn't allow them to force me out of my home. You have a very low level of traffic. They can't prove a damn thing and a few bits of footage (if they exist) showing people visiting proves absolutely nothing. I'd try not to give them any reaction as it will only give them what they want and confirm things in their minds.

I have a cover story that I sell solar panels (I go out to work in a massage parlour in the midlands), but if I was working from home I'd say I was doing reflexology. Then read enough about it to be able to talk about it, you dont want to be caught out. If someone down the road or friend of a friend actually wants the service you're claiming to offer you need to be able to blag your way through  ;D  Also, if you decide to pay tax so that you can get a  mortgage, always stick to your story, tell your bank and accountant and tax office the same story  - be it massage, hairdressing from home, fortune telling....whatever.

Also, if you decide to pay tax so that you can get a  mortgage,

...and so that you're not breaking the law, don't get prosecuted for tax evasion and wind up with a gigantic bill and penalty to pay when somebody reports you/HMRC decide to pick on your AW profile when they're having a rummage. Plus if you want to guarantee your name and face all over the local paper, a court appearance is a pretty effective way to ensure it. Getting a mortgage barely scratches the surface of reasons not to rip off the public purse.

Not everyone needs to pay tax, I think the threshold is over ?13000 now before you have to pay.  ;D

You still have to register as self employed, they just don't tax you on it. If you don't register it and they look into you, they can decide that you're hiding significantly more earnings and land you in deep doodoo!

If anything should get said just throw in that her husband was knocking on the door asking for services, this should then cause a row, resulting in divorce , then they move out...win win x
