I don't have a property but I have seen a few places that I can rent by the hour, is it legal ?  Do you have paperwork to sign?  I don't want the police turning up.

For you, yes, it's legal.

For them to rent it to you... less so. If there's significant usage by escorts, it's more likely to be treated as a brothel. But that's their problem.
