It's called a dry orgasm, normally happens to middle aged and older guys and can be caused by some medication.

If he keeps coming back he's obviously having a good time which is the main thing. Maybe he's embarrassed by it and doesn't want to bring it up so he pretends it's a regular wet orgasm?

Men can come without ejaculating as the two processes are separate, although they normally both happen at the same time. There's also retrograde ejaculation where the semen goes the wrong way and washes back into the bladder. I don't really know much about the causes but I did have a client who did exactly the same thing, and he said the actual orgasm wasn't any different to usual, so I really wouldn't worry.

Thanks guys - all really useful info! The bend is real pronounced, like REAL! So yeah probably is connected! Although read the article and seems most don't bend the way his does, his bends away from his body and is quite small too. I infrequently have an orgasm without ejaculation, but it's not something I can control and I don't think any ejaculate goes anywhere, including off towards my bladder. As they've said, there are some men it happens to (nearly) all the time and some of them can control it, but there can be issues like the cloudy urine.

What's worse is fortunately rarer for me: ejaculation without orgasm. I know the signs that's going to happen and just stop trying to come in that case.
