Obviously, most do not. Police squads in this area are not big and are usually more concerned with things that generate public complaints, primarily street work and, to a lesser extent, brothels. But those who stand out as a target (big turnover but the tax people have never heard of them and/or illegal staff and/or coming to the attention of the police via another investigation and/or being in the wrong area at the wrong time) tend to get their day in court.
