Im wanting to get a website done too but it seems really expensive when you factor in the cost of having your photos done and the website built. Does anybody have one on free hosting (eg freewebs, wixx)?

My advice for all its worth though is not to go with an agency,  my friend works for one here, its 160 per hour, the agency takes 60 and you have to use her driver and pay him 20! So you get 50% and the woman gets only 20 ? less than you when youve had to do the job! The other thing she sometime s does is deals with the guy for longer bookings - like 400 for 3 hours, but she still takes the same money you have to take the loss and you had no say in the matter!

Id much rather keep trying to make this work on my own than be exploited like that.

I can only speak from my own experience, but when I first started out I got headhunted by an agency owner on AW and decided to give it a go. They provided between 1 and 4 job offers a day and there was not one time waster! Also, considering the standard agency rate went from 1 hr for ?350 to overnight ?1500, the commission didn't bother me too much. The only thing that did bother me is having to be on call. There were some very strange situations though (parties with 20+ girls and one gentleman ) This was in London, but I just wanted to demonstrate that some agencies do deliver.

I've no idea what the market is like in Norfolk, but with adultwork's penchant for deleting profiles I'd not put all my eggs in one basket!

I've recently returned to work and am, again, hoping to achieve a balance between independent/agency work.

I love this web design company. I've got my site with them too. I upgraded to the paying one (less than ?20 per month) cos I wanted some extras, but their free sites they do are fab. Also their customer service is excellent too.
