Yep already know about this plus CIM more risk too. Majority of women know about the extra risks but it's something that certainly is expected now days by a lot of men hence the pressure some feel.

I am doing only oral covered, and since i see a lot off them asking for owo i am thinking to do owo only with the guys with sizes that can't go deepthroat, just to be sure they are not doing deepthroat with other girls so the risk to catch a bug from them is smaller.

There's a none curable form of gonorrhoea going about. You can get it in the throat which doesn't harm you but clients can catch it. You would think this would put them off asking for OWO but no client I have mentioned it to has ever heard of it.

There have been plenty of articles, but most of them were published years ago when antibiotic resistant gonorrhoea was first found; I remember talking with a project worker about it around 2015-16 when there were outbreaks in Leeds and Blackburn, and we have posts here about it too including this one in the main OWO thread. It's nothing new and I'm sure the WHO information can still be found online.

As for local information, it really depends on whether your local GUM or sex work project are doing in person testing, since many of us (including me) have had to switch mostly to postal tests the last couple of years. As ever, the easiest way to avoid catching anything from unprotected oral is by not doing it

I think you must do what you feel is comfortable and what you feel is less risk. If you are going to do owo then i suppose no CIM or deep throat would be better for reducing extra risks. Ideal world for me anyway would be better if clients did not expect owo like it is nothing and no big deal.

I still find it very strange that in 2022 clients get there knobs sucked without protection and never any conversation about or proof that they get tested every few months if they regulary use sex workers. I believe most clients never ever get tested or step inside any GUM clinic and still shag there wives with not a care in the world. It is a shame the industry is not regulated properly that clients wanting no protection should produce proof of regular testing at the very least.
