There have been plenty of articles, but most of them were published years ago when antibiotic resistant gonorrhoea was first found; I remember talking with a project worker about it around 2015-16 when there were outbreaks in Leeds and Blackburn, and we have posts here about it too including
this one in the main OWO thread. It's nothing new and I'm sure the WHO information can still be found online.
As for local information, it really depends on whether your local GUM or sex work project are doing in person testing, since many of us (including me) have had to switch mostly to postal tests the last couple of years. As ever, the easiest way to avoid catching anything from unprotected oral is by not doing it
