I don’t know if it’s just the way I’m made, but I find it nearly impossible to accommodate girthy clients.

Penetration really hurts, even with good quality lubricant.

I think it might be because I’m not aroused during sex and under normal circumstances (if I was actually enjoying it) my vagina would react differently.

I had the misfortune to have three really girthy clients one after the other (never ever happened before) and it gave me thrush plus I had to take painkillers. I couldn’t work for a week.

The problem is that they just fitted, albeit very uncomfortably. I should mention if clients are too, too big then I do refuse them.

Just put a note on yr profile anybody bigger than extra large no can do.

I can still have them anally but since menopause and doing pelvic floor exercises daily my pussy cannot cope with those mega huge ones.

I’m really trying to investigate if there’s a way to make the sex more comfortable if they’re well endowed (I’m not talking monster cocks as that’s a no go).

Maybe you could practice alone with a larger dildo or something. I have no idea if that would work. Personally I have never really had an issue with it. Bit I do get more sore if I haven't worked for a while. So maybe regular penetration( with large dildo) might make you less sore. I didn't know this was a thing as you got older ...I'm turning 40 this year so I guess I will find out soon.

The significant drop in oestrogen around menopause can cause changes in vaginal skin, this can become thinner making intercourse painful. Lubrication usually drops or disappears. I know my natural lubrication is much different to when in my 20s, 30s even but lube has (I find) always been important when having sex by appointment with different partners.

I'm not medically qualified but have read much and been on a few training courses about hormones,pre, peri and menopause. Some of this is linked to my other job, some because I've had personal experience & interest. Plus I want to know what to expect how to deal with it alongside sex work,

Yes, I’ve been peri menopause for literally years and take HRT.

I think you might be correct, Mirror. I don’t get aroused in the slightest at work (I know a lot of ladies do but I don’t).

I love the job or I wouldn’t do it. I did get aroused in the early days so it must be hormonal.
