Th agency replied "his loss" when I told them what happened

I'm not really sure what that means tbh, but either way I don't think the guy will get booked with me again.

And that's what it felt like the client was trying to say I'm not like other guys at the private membership bar place he asked what my real name was and I was like what's your and he got staff to come over and validate what his actual name was which felt weird.

I personally have never had experience like this before, which threw me off him coming to my place and instantly leaving when I told him he had to pay the agency.  He also said that the owner doesn't like him because he's not a typical client he's not there to have sex with girls he doesn't need to do that.

I'll look into the independent stuff <3

I have never heard anything like this and I hope you mostly receive cash so that you owe them money and not the other way around.

The agency is a criminal organisation and there is no reason you should trust it to held your earnings for a month and then pay you. tbh THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS.
I'd run!

Yes, if they get busted or you otherwise fall out with them, they can use it as leverage against you. No reason why they should be keeping your pay for a whole month ! Also removes one of the biggest benefits of sex work the instant cash - you want to work a hard days graft and have that money accessible same day lol

Agencies only do marketing.
They do NOT vet clients. You are not safe or safer going through an agency.

Yes this too. More independent ladies have the ability to fire clients easier than agencies do. I hear about agencies sending the same terrible client to multiple escorts - if he’s bad then just ban him!

Usually you can be way more picky about dropping the shitty clients when it’s you in charge and look up Clienteye and how to screen on here you’ll find lots of info

I’ll give you one screening tip free of charge right now  ;D

Beware anyone who says they are “not like other clients” it’s always going to be bad news from there…

Why wouldn’t they want to be like a typical client ? My clients are lovely. It’s always a way to say “I think I am better than everyone else and deserve special treatment” (ie. push your boundaries) A tale as old as time

I agree with the above, try independent! You can make a profile for free on AW, you don't even need professional photos. You can decide your working days/hours, rates, services. Screening you will learn over time..since returning to work I wouldnt go back to agency or parlour work.

Great advice from My Valentine, which I echo.

There’s lots of help on here if you wish to go independent, and, if you don’t like it, you can always return to agency work.

I don’t like the fact you’re having to wait to get paid.

I went straight from my previous professional career to working as an independent escort and I had no clue when I first started.

I found this forum invaluable.

(I am sometimes guilty of forgetting that this platform is predominantly for newbies so will try to help as much as I can) x

This agency sounds weird to me too. The ones I work take commission daily but they also provide accommodation so that makes it easier. I thought most agencies collect commission weekly. That you either meet someone somewhere to hand it over or drop it though a letter box or something like that. It seem quite risky for them since surely you could end up owing them thousands after a month. I presume most people don't pay with crypto...maybe I'm wrong.

If you want to try working independently just start an AW account. You don't have to leave the agency you can do both.  Even if the agency doesn't want you too. Just use a different name and photos and they won't know.

Honestly it depends on the month, I've only started work pretty much November that month agency had more money than me in cash.

This is really my first real experience with agencies so I'm not sure whats normal or not normal or how they run/work.

The only 'normal' for sex work, pimp or no pimp, is get the money first. You pay the agency for getting you work once you've done the work and been paid yourself; you are not their employee.

We can't stop you using an agency if you really want to - it's your money and provided you realise that you're paying £££ for somebody to put a photo on a website and answer a few calls and you still need to look after your own safety, then that's up to you. But that doesn't mean you have to pay THIS agency, which sounds like a complete and total car crash.
