I wouldn't say you're just being ripped off, I'd say they aren't respecting your boundaries - you've said that you don't want your face being displayed, and they've put it on photos. They aren't respecting what you want on your preferences/likes. You aren't in control of your profile, which may be the case with agencies/parlours (I've always been indie so I don't know how that works), but I would imagine that it does reflect the service you are comfortable providing at least? And with regards to the private gallery content - surely you would get profit from that?
None of this would make me comfortable.
I honestly don't have advice as to how you would speak to your boss, because a) I've never been in your position and b) my advice would honestly be to look to go independent. And you've said that you don't feel you have the confidence to do that yet.
I agree with what meetingdiversity has said though - do what is right for you. Personally I take the stance that in this industry you should be the one making the money from your activities and if you choose to enter into agreements with others, i.e. sharing a flat, being in an agency etc, its all mutually agreed and it doesn't make you feel like you're being taken advantage of, or that you're being put into a position where you're advertised as doing things you would never entertain. That's just my 2p though.
