I hope this is the right place to post this...
Some of us will have heard about the new Jack the Ripper museum which opened recently in London under the guise of being dedicated to Womens' History. In response to this there is a new walking tour telling the Jack the Ripper story through the eyes of women, particularly the sex workers of the time, with an eye on how proposed new legislation may further endanger us. I think this is a fabulous idea - Jack the Ripper has been glamorised beyond belief but he was nothing more than a mysoginistic psycho killer! It's about time the victims were remembered. Sorry I don't have a link to the tour as it seems to be run via facebook only. It's also free, unlike the commercial Ripper tours.
