I had dealings with a BBC journalist last year for a local news segment & she called me off AW & she gave her full name, no emails were exchanged & no landline given. I was paranoid for a while after to speaking to them as no ID was pro-offered & the camera man used his iphone to record some stuff. Sounds like I'm naive reading this back but she was legit though, I checked her out online first.
