Hey, I live in Devon. There is definitely business in Cornwall, many of us in Devon don't work Cornwall (I myself am a student with no car so I usually refuse bookings that far away) so you might actually find that you can get a good few regs who are sick of having to travel to Devon for most WGs. That being said, you might want to consider your options for travelling into Devon, perhaps Plymouth depending where in Cornwall you are, if you want to be busy. I still get quite a few outcall requests to Cornwall (have to turn nearly all of them down as it's like a two hour journey) so the industry definitely exists though it may be small.
