Telling the clients to take their valuables to the shower.
« on: 10 August 2017, 07:48:37 pm »
Just had one come back to the bedroom from the shower and he couldn't find his wallet! He started asking ME where it was FFS.

He eventually found it but I am sure he was about to turn nasty.

In future I am going to tell them to take their valuables to the shower with them.
I'm glad I got all the Cynthia Payne books before the prices rocked to sky high.

You could buy a small container just big enough for them to put their wallet, mobile phone, glasses and keys in then tell them to take it with them to the bathroom. That way everything is kept in one place and they don't leave anything behind by mistake. I've still got a couple of pairs of glasses waiting on punters to collect when they come back.

I have a place in the bedroom where they can put their things. I mostly point them towards that one spot. I've noticed that actually when they take some of their things with them into the bathroom and leave others in the bedroom then they tend to forget the stuff from the bathroom...!

Though before they leave I do the motherly "have you got you watch/phone/car keys" ? I also check if they zipped their trousers (yes, I had a few who forgot!!!)

To be honest the way I see it is i let them into my personal space. Whether my flat or hotel, I have my own wallet, phone etc there. I trust them and I expect the same from them. Why the fuck would I steal from them while they could just as easily steal from me? But I never had any problems and sometimes im a bit surprised by how some of them are careless with their belongings giving me full access to their personal life.

I had a guy a couple of weeks ago who stripped off in the bedroom then left all his shit there when he went into the shower. The shower started. I was just sat on my phone surfing and waiting for him to come out. All of a sudden the shower stopped and he shot out of the bathroom and gathered up his trousers etc. saying "Oh I erm.. just forgot something..." I was just sat at the other side of the room. He had obviously been in the shower and thought "Oh shit, I've just left my wallet out of sight with a completely unknown hooker! She's probably robbing me right now!"

I do not expect any client to rob me but at the same time I am always conscious of where the money is and I do not leave the room while they are there. I always have a pee before the client arrives so I'm not caught short!
And me, I am not a mess, I am a wilderness, yes

True. While I don't expect them to rob me, I try not leave them in my bedroom without me for one second. I'm the same, i always pee before. In a hotel space is limited so it's easier. In my own flat, if I have to leave them in the bedroom for a few seconds (get them extra water or something) its Ok because there's nothing they could steal anyway. Plus the bedroom door stays open all the time anyway.

I am very ritual when the come in, I say put your things there and fee on the side, when they leave I make sure they have checked. I have clients that chuck down hundreds of pounds and several phones and they have often said they trust me lol, I hope so I am very trustworthy cant stand liars or thieves. I just want us all to ve relaxed.

I've mentioned things like this before and it has been met with speculation and a client checked his wallet and searched through his other pockets before so I haven't mentioned anything like it again even though I've thought it might be a good idea to.

I had a really nice guy last week who left his wallet phone ect out , I always fold clothes and put all on top , double check they have , keys, phone wallet etc when they leave , but a really nice guy who didn't seem at all worried with me did say he'd seen someone who'd dipped into his wallet while he was in the shower , he said he realised it was light straight away , but he'd left , I think they do have genuine concerns .

I've met so many who've been badly ripped off , same as most industries good and bad , you'll always prob get someone dip in the till if you have lots of staff, shame really , casts us in a bad light sometimes .

I think, that, most people, most of the time, are trustworthy, honest and sincere :) But, what we have to keep our eyes peeled for, is that one bad apple :-/
