check your thyroid as it might be the problem.
Try to have routine for night time, try to work out once in a while as it will help with overall energy levels later on.

I drank iced water which benefitted in many ways of plus hydrated and some energy level increase.
I'm sick of red Bull & lucozade.
You could be tired out it can mentally exhaust you at times this job.
Get plenty sleep when you can x

   I  take liquid iron. Which you can get on line  for about £10 and it last for months . It’s vile but it works and get my energy levels up . I  also use vitamin d12 spray once a day

Have you tired varying your diet? I have suffered from low energy levels in the past and went vegan for a couple of months and my energy levels realy rebounded. I went back to a meat, veggie based diet when I was pregnant as I felt i needed to , but I have largely cut out anything processed.
