Renting - bank statements and payslips...HELP URGENT
« on: 03 October 2010, 08:15:06 am »
Ok I have found an apartment and paid a holding fee and admin fee.... now that they have sent me the forms... the details they require are ..... way over the top of the other agents needs.. something I did not expect... and did not ask about... anyway.... the referring and confirmation of previous renting referencing can be sorted.... but this company want bank statements and also payslips... ok once again payslips can be sorted.. but not 'good' enough bank statements... well ones showing a salaray going in  and also not in the black... or only recently in the black... so what do I do?  Please if anyway can help that would be great.

I have a friend who will do me a work reference and also another that is able to do me a character reference.

The only think I can think of is to get a legit person to do it for me.... but cannot think of anyone really... Soo hope someone can help as I stand to loose the money and of course the apartment.

Thanks in advance.

Mischa.

Do you not declare your earnings?

You're self employed so I would ask them what they accept for someone who is self employed.

How long have you been working long? do you declare online yourself or do oyu have an accountant?

Hi, I am new to escorting and only doing it very part time as I have nowhere to carry out the business.... so at the mo I am spending lots on hotels and getting about 1/2 of my rate.... of course when I get the apartment things will be different, but at the mo I am unemployed until I know I can earn proper pennies. ;-)

When I go self employed... Mmm I will have to look into that... as that is of course very important to sort too. ;-)
