I've found that with each session I've learnt or had insights about how I could do something
better or easier. One thing I've learned to always take to a session is attitude. I've found that if
you go along and you let the babble of an argument you had, or worries about something, or let someone
stress you out, you walk in to the appointment jittery and rushed, and not in that sexy, focused, ready zone. So
I go over a list of positive key words and affirmations about myself and what I've done, and put really positive
motivating music on in the car to get myself ready to play.
