people interrupting bookings?
« on: 21 May 2010, 01:51:10 pm »
Has the following ever happened to any of you or am I just unlucky?

A few times during bookings I get someone knocking on my door and it can be anyone from people doing surveys on the street, postmen (I order lots of things online and they always seem to get delivered at the worst moment when im mid shag with someone) or people selling things.
My clients always look utterly horrified when the door is being knocked and I can tell they think it must be either the police or my boyfriend :)
It doesnt happen every booking, but usually once a week.

I also have neighbours next door who are doing work to their house and sometimes during bookings we can hear loud drilling or hammering. It doesnt really add to the ambience :(

Do you have nosey neighbours? Mine are never nosey, just bloody noisy!!!

Oh and finally do any of you ever have the total fear when you have no enquiries for a few days. It really turns my stomach as I rely on escorting 100% for money and some days I only get contacted by TW'S.

With me its the phone if somebody arrives early and I forget to put it on silent.
I dont switch it off for my own security. Its witheld numbers usually which I rarely pick up anyway. If they call once it wouldnt be so bad but constantly ringing during a period of 10 minutes!
Mind you id still complain if it never rang! It didnt ring at all the other day until after 3pm but finished up quite busy. Its impossible to predict this business. ???

I share a flat so occasionally there's banging of doors in the background from my flatmates coming in/out... and clients quite often stop mid action to go 'they won't come in, will they?' (of course not, that's what I lock the door for!) But I do live a bit in dread that one day they'll decide to knock on my door mid session (they don't know what I do which doesn't help!)

Some days, yes. But then that generally happens after I've been busy, so it doesn't bother me too much. x

I live in a block of flats so don't get anybody knocking - Thank god! They sometimes press the buzzer but this is in the livng room anyway and when in the bedroom with music on it can't be heard.

If my phone doesn't ring I get worried, but as Cindy said it's impossible to predict this business. We just gotta soldier on or take up something more predictable.

:o I can't believe you're shagging clients in a shared flat and the other people sharing dont know. You must have some balls, you crazy lady!  ;D

I used to do that too when I started escorting, now looking back at it it was crazy! I had 6 flatmates... Luckily I never ran into any of them, except two girls from the neighbouring flat (that I used too see somewhat regularly) who were smoking at the stairwell when I brought a client in. I was so embarrassed because it looked so obvious from what I was wearing, and especially when the client said "How are you girls doing?". He probably thought they were WGs too.

Luckily we keep quite different hours, and we don't really talk to each other unless absolutely necessary! They've sometimes seen me in 3/4 different outfits in a day and given me odd looks, so may suspect... but they haven't bumped into a client yet (thankfully). Bring on September when I have my own place!

I shared a place with a guy and after a while of my phone going off and me going to my room to talk he asked me and I said i was just doing dirty chat for some extra cash his reply was "well as long as your not turning our place into a knocking shop I don't mind what you do"

Yeh postman can be a pain. I once had two maintenance guys turn up unannounced to look at my extractor fan in the bathroom when I had a guy in the bedroom. I answered the door to them at 11am in a little black dress and heels lol! He thought it was hilarious!

haha thats hilarious amber.

I had a bad one today. Luckily I was with one of my regulars though so it made things less awkward. He found it quite funny.

We were in the throes of passion and suddenly their was some inscesent door bell ringing and knocking on the door.  Who was it? My mum!! She even called through the letterbox. I ignored it though but she later told me she'd popped over to see if she could borrow my car for work because hers had broken down.

Thank god I was with a regular though. Im sure it would be pretty nerve wracking for a new client
