You don't mention whether you've tried the search form yet? You ought to be able to search for "Tony" plus the first bit of the phone number you have for him (eg "tony 0123456") if you posted that information correctly in your original warning.

As far as I'm aware, no relevant warning posts have been removed from that section. Many off-topic posts are, however, regularly removed from that section (to avoid it becoming a horrendous mess in which it is impossible to find the potentially-life-saving information someone might need) - but if your post followed the rules for that section and contained an informative warning with the correct parts of the contact information obscured, it should still be there.
