Yes that's what it means! I thought it meant you liked animals as well as people.

I think people sometimes use these words to try and make themselves sound more interesting....transsexual pansexual bisexual its all a bit daft really (IMO)  I don't go round introducing myself to people and saying "Hi I'm (my name)  and I'm a bisexual!!"  Ridiculous lol

I don't think I've ever had anyone call me and feel compelled to tell me that they are a heterosexual!!

It's an expression. AFAIK it was first used in the TV series Sex and the City, so probably fifteen-ish years ago.

LOL, I pre-date that then. I've been using the expression since I was 19, all those 25 years ago
