I can understand a guy CALLING and asking such questions (the mobile site just shows a photo and a number) but emailing via AW? No excuse!

The mobile site has tabs on it they can click to get all the info. It isn't rocket science to use it so it doesn't just show the number and picture. If anything they have to click on your contact details to get the number or email you off there so why they can't click on the other tabs that show details is beyond me.
