Doesn't "services" cover stuff like hand relief? I don't want my profile to be a list like "- No ejaculating on me - No touching your penis before it's under a condom" etc. I'm not sure how else to phrase it, if I don't allow bareback or CIM, why would I allow C-anywhere-else? They at least shouldn't assume I do, and this is mainly what freaks me out - that I need a full on description of what's going to happen before I take a booking because I'm so paranoid they haven't grasped what I do and don't do.

It does, but it's very unusual to literally not allow a penis anywhere near you (including hand-to-genital contact) without a condom on - most people would read it as Fabulassie has posted above.

The STI risk from semen making contact with the surface of your skin as opposed to mucous membranes like the inside of your mouth or genitals is so infinitessimal that it's a fair assumption to make for most people and if this is what you mean, I think you will need to spell it out clearly. Doing this without it sounding like you find strangers' penises so revolting you can't bear to touch them is going to be a task and a half, too since the disease argument doesn't fly here $:-\$ .

I'd be okay with that! I don't get these requests often enough to mention it in my profile and honestly the way this guy worded his message made it obvious he didn't read said profile which is why my initial post was so exasperated. None of my clients have had a single issue with the condoms for everything rule, and I talk with them on the phone anyway so if this was an issue it would come up.
