I do about 50 minute work out at home,with extra attention on my bottoms and 10-15 minutes stretching+few asanas ,3-5 times a week.I have been doing this for 6 months now,which is the longest period of exercise for me.
Sporty in not a word to describe me,you are more likely to find me curled up in some cosy corner daydreaming.Even I got some results with exercise this time,I find it a bit hard to get started every time,but do get some extra motivation.
I do walk a lot and enjoy cycling and swimming when the situation is good.
I eat quite healthy,use mostly natural cosmetics,exfoliate and moisturise a lot.
And I am a believer in power of positive thinking.I tell myself (among other things)that I am healthy and strong.I also try to be body aware(focus on what I am doing) when exercising,read somewhere it helps to get results.
