But have you ever had a client walk through the door from a famous background?

I've had them and not realized and later googled their name (cocky men who were suprised I wasn't at their feet) and been like oh ok later when I realized they were telling the truth, most times I just assume they're after a fantasy I guess so I make them feel like if that's what they want to be music, actor, comedian etc whatever then i'll roll with their fantasty. But I can't say i've ever been like yoooooo I know who you are.

Yes (in Amsterdam where I live) I have had that happening. He emailed with his real name so I thought that was a fake name obviously. Much to my surprise it was really him 

And 15 years ago when I worked for an agency, sent to a hotel suite with another escort. A famous international pop star (my mom was a fan!). I don't know about you, but when I see a famous person I first think it's my 'neighbour' and I automatically say hi. Haha!!
When I walked into the suite I got freaked out, I acted as if was searching for something in my bag and thought: think think think, you know this guy!!!!! And that's something I didn't want of course in this line of work.
And then it dawned on me

Oh I've just watched the national news, that Lord guy has really fucked up! Couldn't stop laughing seeing him in the hookers bra sniffing a line! He Campaigned for criminalising the punters too! X

It didn't really shock me just pissed myself laughing, I think one of the girls were filming and sold it to the Sun, I don't feel sorry for him at all, he's a hypocrite and boasted that it was parliament money that pays for his gear! X

Not famous but notorious in his own field, I used to see him years ago and he was a regular client who was featured on crimewatch and later murdered in a shooting assassination.
Yet I found him to be a lovely guy.
