2 hours is a bloody long time with someone like that, what the hell do they think you are going to do to fill the time!?
I'm sure I wouldn't cope, it's just not worth the mental stress.
But I can understand it's so tempting just now to take bookings that we wouldnt have even considered a cple of years ago, obviously nothing crazy like BB but bookings that we know are going to be mind numbing and mentally draining.
Maybe tell him you only offer 1 hour max bookings to first time clients?

Oh God no! The only reason I ever accept 2hr bookings is in the hope they are just being generous and are more than happy to chat/make a couple of coffees at either end/watch telly for most of the time
