I saw this guy once, a couple of weeks ago.
He had quite a handsome face, was polite and well-spoken, the booking was okay, but there was something unpleasant about him, which I couldn't put my finger on.
Books again.
At the beginning of the session takes out the money and counts it out loud in front of me. I had a strange feeling it was £20 less.
He smiles, gives me the money and tells me to count it.
And he must have thought that I will not count it. But I did and it was £20 less.
He says that he took it out of the cash point (sure, cash points make mistakes all the time...) and (surprise, surprise!) takes the missing £20 out of his pocket.
I gave him a lukewarm service and will not see again.
