So this client who was to be down to in in twenty minutes turns up 2 hours late and calls me I keep rejecting his call as my small phone block list is full. He texts asking to still see me, I replied informing him that he is extremely late by two hours and  your very rude in not to let me know you was lost (as he claims to have been which is bullcrap) then said I am in a booking so if you can wait til 40mins I can squeeze you in. He said it is ok.

Fool turns up sort out the paper work he gets in shower and then when he comes out I politely say that I am letting my security know I am ok give me two secs (which I always do with all clients infront of them send message). He was fine.
