I agree with the two above; two hour+ bookings rarely involve 119 minutes of vaginal penetration and I think my bits would fall off if it did! That's not to say a client might not be looking for a booking like that but if he is (or has taken bloody viagra), he'd need to let me know in advance because it's rare and I'd otherwise assume he wanted a more slow, sensual, foreplay-filled time because that's what most are looking for.
Amy's general overview is so similar to mine that I won't repeat it, and Bella's ideas are great! I think it really is important to sit down together with a cuppa or a glass of wine at the start of a longer appointment to have a little bit of introductory chat; you need to set the mood and gauge
his mood first. For example, if he mentions being super-stressed with Xmas shopping and work etc then that might be a good sign that he'd appreciate a soak in the tub with you. But if he says he's had a day off and spent it relaxing so that he's full of beans for his appointment then he probably only wants a quick shower before you get started with the bedroom raunchiness - that might be the time to suggest outfits/roleplay/lapdancing etc if you do them.
Definitely separate the booking into 'rounds', just loosely (no stopwatch needed) but you'll need an idea of how much time is remaining because it's surprisingly easy to run out! I would say two rounds are expected, more if he knows he can do it or less if he knows he takes much longer. Then each round will probably be sandwiched between plenty of the touching/kissing/massage/easy conversation bits and before you know it, you're late for dinner.
