I am sorry I m new here so was not too certain if I could post this man's phone number so I asterixed part of it.

He phoned to make a booking about two weeks ago, but it soon transpired that he was a time waster so I terminated the call. From that moment he proceeded to call and text me about 25 times a day also using withheld numbers.

I asked him to stop and he stated that he WOULD NOT DO SO and that he wanted to pay me "?300 to f*** me up the a***". I threatened to report him to the police and he said that he was on the way to the police to report me for prostitution to which I said he would not have a leg to stand on as I had offered him nothing.

My male friend phoned him and told him to stop calling me- so this man began harassing him instead. After a week of no calls - he started again today so I shall now be reporting him to the police.

The thing that is worrying about this man is that he simply seems not to care if you go to the police or not! I also expressed that what he was doing was contrary to the Protection from Harassment Act an still he did not care.

What it is, is he probably thinks that prostitution is illegal, like a lot of people do, hence him threatening you in turn. So he probably thinks you were calling his bluff and that you wouldn't dare go to the police. The 'good' thing is that he is also now harrassing your mate, which just builds your case against him. Report him to the police, see how cocky he still is after a visit/phone call. What you do is legal, what he's doing (harrassment) isn't.
