This person drove an hr for a half hour booking.  First of all he didn't park where I asked him to so when he got here i had to redirect him to the right area & he was already sounding annoyed even though it was his fault for being in the wrong place.  I buzzed him through the main gate and when he trying to buzz in the main door for some reason the buzzer wasn't working which was news to me because in all the time I had been here the buzzer was working fine until now.  After three failed attempts of trying to buzz in, before I could even suggest anything he hung the phone and left. Like wtf, you were right here?? I could not believe that this moron was right outside and instead of giving me the opportunity to come up a solution, he left.
