Warning to ladies in the london area!!!!!!
« on: 01 March 2009, 12:48:21 am »
Hi,

I feel sick writing this post and this has happened to me just hours after i wrote the other post about portered/unportered blocks. But here goes...

Firstly i work for a ''high class'' agency in london, so maybe this guy targets these agencies rather than individuals i dont know. Tonight was my night off. But my agency kept calling that a regular client they know very well would like to see me tonight and that its the only night he can see me as he is going on business tomorrow for 3 weeks. Anyway i agreed to see him. Then while i was waiting for him, the agency call me again saying this other guy wants to see me straight after the 1st one and as im up and working already (i was sleeping before they called me!) i may as well. The 2nd guy would be for 2 hours.

First guy came and went. LOVELY business man i liked him a lot. I then had a 15 min break and the 2nd guy came. He is a young muslim guy dressed in designer clothes, maybe about 21 years old. STRAIGHT AWAY i was just taken aback. Not my usual client. Young, a little cocky, and after 5 mins slightly jumpy and tense. Kept asking me for water saying he was very hot (i didnt think too much- my flat was very hot) I left him in my room for maybe 10 secs and got him water from the kitchen. He then drank it and apologised immensely for not giving me the money straightaway. He gave me the envelope with the money (i saw it) and i put it in a drawer in front of him.

I thought oh maybe hes ok. I started to relax and him too. Then he wanted more water. I got more. Then we had sex. Then again. Not the easiet client but i thought well the time is almost up and hes going soon anyway. Then he said he had lost his mobile god knows what he expected me to do but after looking on the bed and under it I JUST KNEW he was lying. There was no where else it was. This wasnt the first time i didnt listen to my intuition.

why, why when he walked in and chatted to me for 20 secs in the corridor before going to the toilet that I dashed into my room and took off my expensive rings and watch.???? I HAVE never done this ever with a client never. WHY did i do that????!

Anyway he also had an ice cream with him when he first came in and he used this as another excuse for me to leave him in my room alone. He was like, oh this is for later, for us but can you put it in the freezer for now????....

At the end of course he wanted his ice cream back! I was hesitant but went to get it anyway this time taking 3 secs to do so! Coming back i saw him jump 10 feet in the air and the rustle of the envelope. I KNEW. I thought he had taken the money back from the drawer and simply asked why, not the kind of guy i was going to fight with for money.

He protested he hadnt and to check, that the money was still there!!! I said ''ok'' and simply showed him the door. Just for good measure he psuhed past me so hard banging my head really badly on the door and now i have terrible swelling. I got back in my room after he had left and not only had he replaced the original envelope with money with the same envelope with newspaper but he had also stolen a ?2,000 watch and other cash from a cupboard. All these valuables were out of sight, he just looked through when i was out the room. This guy definitely knew what he was doing and how to be so quick.

What I dont get it why i just didnt trust my intuition the very first time!!!! AS SOON AS HE CAME IN, i should have said im not feeling well, anything, and got rid of him. Then in the room, why did i leave him when i KNEW he was upto something. and you know what the agency said when i called them in tears? ''oh sorry about that, we'll call you back''. That was 4 hours ago. and no one has called. they dont care. They are probably mad they havent got their commission.

Ill tell you why i didnt follow my intuition. Ive had a similar intuition thing in the past about a young muslim ''intimidating at first'' looking client and i was wrong about him. he is actually ok. I kept comparing this guy to him (they were very similar in looks) and thought to myslef, maybe im being like this as he is young and muslim and i shouldnt tarnish everyone with the same brush etc, and that the other client turned out to be ok. If i had more experience in this industry maybe id have seen it coming more. Anyway I thought it was me being stupid and overly cautious esp as i have been constantly thinking about safety and incall locations etc for the last 2 weeks straight. I thought my head was going crazy and should just relax more.

I was crying and shaking for an hour after, I now feel terribly unsafe here and knowing he knows where i live. A 5 year old could kick my door in. Now im worrying like crazy. He knows what i have in the flat now, it wouldnt be hard for him to break in.

I have decided to have a week off even though its the last thing i should be doing as i just had 2 weeks off. But i just cant i need a break. This has shook me up so much. Just 2 weeks ago me and the manager from the agency were talking about these bad experiences girls have and i felt so so lucky to never have been in their positions and now look at me. My mind is gong crazy thinking of what else could have happened, what if he raped me, really hurt me, let his friends in.

And ive decided to only now take bookings from regulars ive seen many times, that i 110 percent trust. other wise no more incalls, until i move. and to answer my first question i would 110 percent rather be a portered block and do we even realise how dangerous our jobs are.........

Oh my gosh...Gees us!  :o   :(

Dont feel bad...you hear my stories all the time of me getting ripped off because I didnt trust my intuition or got too lax/comfortable. I understand 100%  I however, (I know you only left for a few seconds) NEVER trust anyone outside my eyesight even for a moment as I learned an unfortunant lesson when I was about 7 years old when I turned my back and my friends ran off with my toys, and have been paranoid every since. But then again, every place I do incalls were hotels or 1 room studios so they wouldnt have a chance to sneak behind my back and take anything. I just couldnt risk turning my back for a moment for a drink or anything.

This was totally unpreventable. Dont blame yourself. The guy was a con-artist, thats what they do. Even if you told him "no" at the door he probably would have forced his way in if he was that determined. It also sounds like he was on drugs for being so hot. Once you open that door, if you dont slam the door shut as soon as the gut feeling hits you, then they already have 1 foot in the door (literally and figuritively!) But its not so easy is it? There's been lots of times I could felt like I should hung up or slam the door on someone and they turned out well. There's been times I havent and got burned.

I hope you stay safe, and if he comes around again (which I doubt he will, lightning doesnt strike the same place twice, they know you will be prepared next time) beat his ass with whatever you can find!

I'm so sorry this has happened to you.  have you called the police?  doesnt make a difference what reason someone is in your home, if they steal from you its a crime and you have every right to report it.  Rememeber, you have done nothing agains the law and if initially you dont want to admit he was a punter you could always tell them he was a bloke you picked up.

regardless of that, in answer to your question i think yes, some of us do but not everyone does.  I dont do incalls now but i did for a brief time and i never left anything in the room, even the money i used to take somewhere else.  and when i do outcalls i take my 'valubles' in to the bathroom with me if i have to go out of the room.  I dont even wear proper jewlery to jobs, i'd rather wear my river island stuff than my proper nice stuff just incase.  but it must be different if you work from your home, you automatically keep things in your bedroom and then take clients in there.  its a bloody hard and horrid lesson to learn but it makes sense to keep anything of value in a part of the flat that you dont invite clients to.

I hope your ok, you have basically been burgled while you were in your own home and i dont blame you for wanting to move.  get yourself to B&Q tomorrow and put new locks and bolts on the door if it makes you feel safer.  and make sure you put him and his details on the warnings boards.  and call the agency and make sure they have done everything they can do aswell to make sure he doesnt target another girl that works for them and if they are useless about it, change agents.  you pay them remember, not the other way around....

and if you bump in to him at any time in the street....dont hesitate....kick him right hard in the bollocks with your hardest boot and make him regret ever fucking you over!

How awful for you and how awful of your agency to not support you. Its their job to vet clients and keep you safe.

I was ripped off once, a long time ago and it was the same, I got a strong feeling the guy was going to pull a stunt but still I didnt make sure everything was sorted. I felt awful afterwards. Its horrible being ripped off but when you know you should have done something about it, its even worse. In my case I was working abroad so not a lot I could do. If it had been here, I would have gone to the police but I know not eveyone feels comfortable with police involvement.

To be honest, if he was out to rob you then it was probably best that you didn't do anything. It could have been much much worse and he could have turned violent if he thought he wasnt going to get anything without knocking you about a bit.

Its horrible but you are not the first and you wont be the last so certainly dont blame yourself as in all honesty there was probably little you could do without comprimising your safety

Do think about reporting it to the police though. The agency must have his full details so it should be an easy crime for them to solve.

((hugs)))

Babe, i understand how you feel, i didnt have something so bad happen but it was a black guy, mid thirties and in the early evening, he was very sullen and unsmiling and when i tried to joke with him to raise a smile he remained hard faced and i felt intimidated. I ignored my instincts and didnt ask for my money up front and we had sex then after half an hour he jumped up and said he had forgotton to go to the bank, he gave me the money for half hour and said he would be back to finish the hour. he never came back and i felt like a fool for ignoring my instincts but like you i also felt terrifyed that he had been scoping the place out and could return at a later date with his friends. The next day i went out and bought a baseball bat and now i always get the money first. :'(

Shit

I am really sorry to hear about that. As I am new to the game I can't pretend to have every been through anything like that, but you have my sympathies...

With sixty seconds' worth of distance run,
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!

When it comes to personal safety, apart from the security buddy there is little we can do, but when it comes to money and valuables and personal information there are plenty of things we can do.

A lot of what Lexie has said applys and quite frankly is common sense.

When doing incalls I always put my valuables and personal information into a different room, I never wear valuable jewlery during a job. I place the money out of sight in a different room. I also prepare, so I don't leave the guy alone for too long, ie have refreshments either in the room or layed out ready in the kitchen.

Outcalls are a bit more tricky, but again I don't waer valuable jewlery, I put the money into an inside pocket of my bag and often move it to another more secret location, if I get the chance and take my bag to the bathroom with me.

On the note of jewlery and personal safety, it is recommended not to wear long chains as they could be easily used to choke you and dangly earrings, especially hoops can be used against you, I'm sure I don't have to spell out how and even loose fitting bracelets could become a problem. On the other hand an ornate ring can be useful in warding off an attack, though obviously you would remove this during a booking.

Ooooh god, I really hope you feel better today LE1984. Definitely take a break for a few days as you won't be in the right frame of mind for work at the moment.

As Lexie said, you have literally been burgled, which is a reportable crime, so really really think about going to the police. I know lots of people on this forum have said they are very helpful to women who are escorts, although I can't vouch for this personally.

Stay safe. You are right to be shaken up, so perhaps think about staying at a friend's for a couple of days until you feel more secure. xxxx

Yes, do go to the police if you can bear it. Low-lifes target people like us because they don't think we'll be willing to report them, but we have nothing to fear from the police.

Hi everyone,

Wow! so many replies and nice words thank you :) Last night after posting the blog i couldnt sleep, of course every little shuffle or sound made me jump up in the air. Im now exhausted but after talking things through with friends, and eventually the agency owner called me, that Im now fine-ish! Im still quite edgy and jumpy but I have learnt some valuable lessons- 1. To go with your instinct. If you feel something isnt right to not let them in or just ask them to leave right away. Secondly not to leave anything in the apartment and I mean anything valuable. Let me just post what my agency sent me which was sent to them by the police (a little too late for me, but hopefully a GODSEND for everyone else):

We really need to inform you about THE FAKE MONEY MAN.

Time : 11 pm on saturday night this is the 2nd time he has booked.
Tel : 07941 xxx 257  But he uses lots of different numbers.
First time this client has booked was a month ago and again tonight on Saturday night. August 24/08/08

The client gave the name ALEX, but he is Indian looking, very good looking, well dressed and smart and is very polite.

He only books High Class Girls normally 400-500 GBP an hour and he always asks for an incall.

The client arrives then asks for 2 hours and he counts the fresh notes he claims to have just withdrawn from the bank.
He does not like that the girls check or handle the envelope with the 800 GBP.

The money is fake it is photocopied on money side so even if the police come he claims it is a joke and they cannot do anything about it.
when the girls find out the  money is fake he gets aggresive and violent and also starts to nick their phones or anything he can find and runs out the door.

This guy is a professional. he knows pyschology and how to get a freebie how to talk and what to say and basically girls CHECK THE MONEY BEFOREHAND.

It looks like this is my guy. Its word for word him but as people have cottoned onto his fake money ploy he is using a dfferent method with the newspaper 'money'. Please everyone be careful x

Very sorry to read what happened to you.

I am very wary of leaving anyone alone and for this reason I always have bottled water in my room (just take it out of the fridge before he arrives so its nice and cold)
