I hope the money was worth it for disrespecting your body and being a marraige splitting cum dump. I am speaking to some of your "punters" to find your flat in Kendal. speak to you soon!

Hi Ruth,

Sorry to hear about your email abuse! I hope the admin on Viva street can trace the user and provide you with all the relevant information (actual IP address etc) I agree with you Ruth not to take this likely as the email and the name of the email address itself are worded as a threat!

Thinking about it all Ruth, if a lady found out her husband had been visiting you as a client? Surely any women in her right mind would have it in for her husband and not you, as you  were just providing a service and this situation isn?t like ?an affair? that contains emotional ties.
Furthermore if a married woman did want to let off steam? Surely she would simply call you or even leave you a voicemail with her rant! And not hide behind an internal email system and a fake email address.

IMO I think the email is a hoax, from someone who got a thrill out of sending it! IMO the wordings used in the email isn?t the sort of spiel a women would compose, it sounds like to me more like a males slang!  I also think that this sort of email is extremely sick and quite threatening and surely this sort of threatening email is illegal?!

All the best Ruth, stay safe, and I do hope I am right on this when I say: it?s probably just a stupid young pissed lad showing off to his mates when he sent it.

Kind Regards:
Jessica

Its a rant, if it's genuine.
She have been on your doorstep before now if she had the bottle to. She clearly hasnt or she would have rang you.
Also she wouldnt have any way at all of tracking down your clients.
Very worrying though all the same. Try not to let it get to you and ruin your sleep.
Feet up, cup of tea, watch a comedy.

Hi Ruth,

I agree with the others- the wording just doesn't seem like a woman wrote it. Also, the email address and some of the slang is written in in the sort of text-speak that no one over a certain age would write in if you ask me- if this is indeed the wife of someone, then my guess is that she is about, hmmmm, 18!!...... it all seems very unlikely. I hope you feel better about it after a night's kip. xx

What a strange email address its come from.

Even if it is a wife and the story is genuine, she will be just letting off steam. Her real anger will direct towards him in due course I suspect so I doubt anything will come of it.

Try not to worry about it. Wifes are hazards of the job and normally dont do any more than rant when they find out what hubby has been up to.

It isn't a real email address - they've made it up and if you read it carefully it forms part of the threat. I'm sure Vivastreet have the real one that's linked to their account.

Exactly- the only sort of individual I can think of who would have the brain to come up with that sort of text-speak threat to use as an email address is a 17 year old boy. If I was an angry wife and I took the time to fake an email address it would be 123abc or something, because I would be more concerned with writing my email. To be honest, if I was an angry wife and I felt the need to confront anyone who had been seeing my husband (after being an escort this might be interesting one day!) - it would be by phone as I would want to say my piece and get a reaction. Would other women feel similar? This email thing is just sooooo not like the actions of a scorned woman, I am convinced it is from a some twattish bloke.

Did you get in touch with vivastreet anyhow? I hope you are feeling better..... x

Vivastreet have not responded yet........

You are right. Many years ago I found out a boyfriend had a partner and children - or should I say I found out only because she did. He ended up on my doorstep. To save on a long story, she did get in touch eventually - it was by phone and she told me to leave her husband alone!!!!!At that point it was him phoning and asking me to give him another chance all the time.

A lot of women want to blame the other woman.........which is silly, it's all to do with their relationship, or choice of bloke.

So, does sound like an immature prank, but it may be she thinks you can't be traced on the internet (some people still believe this) and doesn't want to reveal identity via phone call.

Do you think Peter Sutcliffe was mentally deranged or do you think he was merely trying to do humanity a service by wiping out the scourge of whores which have invaded our once proud nation?
I agree with his motives and I hope you die in a fire! I will help if I find you!

"our once proud nation"?

Now I'm almost sure it's not an irate wife, but just someone spouting whatever abusive nonsense they can think of. Whoever it is, these aren't the words of anyone with any intention of following through.

I'd delete all mail from dodgy email address without reading it, unless you want to forward them all to vivastreet.

That is insane and if I am not mistaken, it adds up to common law assault as it has scared you.

Have you heard from Viva Street?

Vivastreet say the email address on the first one isn't genuine - I know that, so they can't do anything. Surely they keep login details etc?Even if the member changes their account.

So, not impressed so far.

Anyway, I've seen the police so they are aware.

IMO It doesn?t look good, as I have adverts on viva street and I am sure loads of other ladies do and nothing has come to light about any other lady getting those sort of threatening emails.
Looks like your targeted, with yet another email coming through to you that obviously shows intent.

I am really glad you went to the police, by law the viva street should keep logs on all IP address etc, so hopefully the police will take over all aspects as to regards to viva street and get the bottom of this culprit. I bet the police won?t take these sort of threats likely, the culprit is sure to get prosecuted.

Sorry to see that you have received such nasty messages!  Even if you don?t scare easily this would unsettle everyone as it really is explicit in terms of threats.  Personally, I don?t think this is a young lad or jealous wife trying to scare you off.  The second email and reference to Peter Sutcliffe strikes me as unlikely from a youngish person simply as his case might be less familiar among certain generations.  I am wondering if perhaps this comes from another working girl that wants you off her ?patch??  Sadly, sometimes this industry also brings out the worst in people and often harassment originates from women who might be jealous of your success.  Viva Street does not seem to be pulling their weight nor are they taking their responsibility serious enough to track the origins of the mailer.  Hope this will be sorted!

That's terrible Ruth - I totally agree that Vivastreet should/could do more.  I am glad you've informed the police as it is illegal to make threats such as these, irrespective of whether the individual intends to carry them out or not.

Keep safe and let us know how you get on.
