Hey Ladies,

I really don't know where to start with this 1, there is a flat advertised on aw under diane.rodigues in Newcastle.

me and my friend Lola99 were touring and decided to go Newcastle as I've been before and its great place to work in, I emailed the lady about the advert and agreed on a date.

before we got there we rang her to ,let her know what time which then she later texted saying she is in London working and some guy will come meet us and show us the apartment. This lady has 2 numbers one of which belonged to the guy that was meant to meet us. we rang the number and the man could not speak a word of English.

to cut the long story short, we went in( don't ask why) we got there the flat was hiving with a bad smell, it was being in hostel 4 the homeless and before you ask its not a matter of you get what you paid because ladies I can assure the premium rent fee agreed set our expectations sky high.. it was that bad apart from the bed it had a new mattress. there was weights and other male personal belonging in the rooms as for the bathroom OMG was disgusting!!

We called the lady and told her that understandably we can not hand the money to a random guy as that was not the original agreement she reluctantly accepted and told us to stay in the flat and wait for her couple of hours.
after deciding what we were going to do, we decided to leave, we locked the door and put key underneath the plant pot and rang the woman and informed her we are leaving, there was no answer so decided to text her and apologise for leaving . This is where the nastiness then comes. We are both extremely shaken and traumatised  we have saved all the text if anybody wants to see or read it.

we were threatened, harassed all because we didn't feel safe and didn't want to stay there, they were forcing us and have been ringing threatening saying they will come and find us, they will look for us, we have apologised to them and tried explaining we did not feel safe but they were not getting it.

Some guy then texted us accusing us of "cutting his carpet" and saying he will find us and make us pay. we have tried ignoring them but they keep ringing under 5 different numbers.

Please PM if you want there numbers but please please do not book from these people, they are dangerous.

I have spoken to my friend who has then told me her friend had the same problem with Diana [redacted] and when she then left as she didn't want to stay there was bombarded with threats, harassed and accusation

Skyla, could you please post these five numbers in the correct format for the site so that people can search for them?

It's all very well posting that you have contact numbers but not everybody who reads the Warnings board is a registered member and those who aren't don't have any means of getting them directly from you, but they can still use the Search box .

I Emailed this lady 2 weeks ago I explained I had a small dog I would be bringing with me she replied in email no pets allowed so that was left at that later on she then rang me to say I can leave my dog with her friend I said errrr no thanks  then she rang me to say Ok Ok I have another flat you can stay with dog there was some thing about her voice I did not like and her pushy manner she kept calling and calling . I,m sorry you and your friend went threw this only the one place advertising on the to let section are actually professional and genuine I don,t bother looking on there any more I book hotels at least you know where you stand xx
