He first asked to use the loo.  I asked him to first pay.  He complained that this was unreasonable of me.  I explained that he would have to pay me even if he didn't want to use the loo.  He could not grasp this, apparently, and thankfully met my subsequent request for him to leave.

Seen this guy a few times before goes by name Kanan

Couldn't give him a booking as I was fully booked. Sent alot of abusive txts including, ho, whore etc . Would be concerned this guy can flip easily if turned down.
