I was robbed on the 17th July.The guy came for a service,late 40's,short greying hair,medium built not very tall between 5ft 5inches -5ft 7inches.0784969xx93 pm me for the full number.The service did not go well it just was not working out  so i gave him back more than  half  of  my fee,(thinking so that he would just leave)he then followed me into the living room grabbed my handbag,which we struggled over he then shoved me hard i fell injuring my hand and he then run off with 130 pounds.I was quite lucky he did not have time to look for the rest of  the money and i now go to the bank more often or keep some of  my money and passport at the managers office.

P.S.  When he came through my front door he had a very nervous manner which i thought was odd and looking at his eyes  i must confess my inner voice just said this guy is not okay somethings not right though he was well dressed but i pushed it aside, he was already in my flat.I lived to regret this though i do not know what to do since he was already in the flat other than not working alone.He passed my vetting and he was polite and friendly over the phone.
