Guy turned up who had booked in advance. Lots of admin went into this booking and he was really rude and abusive on arrival. Booked via WhatsApp and claimed I had seen him before (which was a lie). Leicester city centre location. Local Leicester guy, white, short in his 50’s.

- arrived 15 mins early and expected to be seen. Luckily I was ready. Seemed very demanding on the phone to come up early
- asked for a Covid 19 proof of negative test.
- asked why I hadn’t got a real job and why am I still doing this after years,,,!!
- entered my apartment, moaned about the area, the parking and my door handle!! Strange.
- claimed I was wearing the wrong out fit and looked too young- pulled up the WhatsApp conversation to confirm no outfit request was requested. Else I would have happily worn it.
- he then god quite rude and reluctantly passed me envelope with fee. There was £40 missing from the fee! He spoke to me like a was a piece of sh** on his shoe.

I politely said I do not feel comfortable with how you are being and gave him his envelope back and asked him to leave. Reluctantly he started to gather his things, slowly!

After years in the industry it is very rare anyone makes me feel so uneasy and I would definitely recommend anyone to avoid him. It really upsets me when men think they can behave so badly and yet expect us to carry on with the service. I have now cancelled my whole day, as I feel so edgy and not in the right mood to see anyone.
