My first waster warning!

I?m not sure if this in the right section, if not, Mods please feel free to move it.

This is further to my post on the forum regarding a guy who turns up every day uninvited and pesters for an appointment. I had a booking with this chap which I cancelled (and informed him of the cancellation) because he turned into a text pest. After that I added his number to my call blocker, so that I wouldn?t get any more calls or texts from him.

Well, he only turns up in my area and I can see call blocker dropping his calls. I look outside and I see this chap standing outside the shop calling someone. After 30 minutes he?s still there so I pick one of his calls and ask him what the hell he?s playing at. He says he?s really sorry and please please can I see him. Now aside from the annoying pestering there is nothing worse than a desperate guy so I still said no and explained his behaviour was making me feel very uncomfortable. His response to all of this was ?fine I?ll just come every day until you agree to see me!?

This is exactly what he?s done every day since Thursday. Every time he?s turned up uninvited, he?s called tons of times and I?ve not picked up. Eventually after about an hour or so later he?s got bored and left. He seems to come around 11:00am to about 1pm.
Again I should stress he doesn?t know exactly where I work from just that it?s close to where I asked him to call me from. It?s just a nuisance to constantly look out and see him loitering there.
