I know this isnt technically a persistent time waster but only because I saved his number so he couldnt pull the same trick twice in the same day.

Young asian guy arrives, small, skinny, smirking. (looks sort of part asian part southeast asian maybe)

Basically walked in and asked for the other ladies even though he had professed to have looked at the weblink i gave him. Told me he wouldnt pay the fee as "WAVES HANDS UP AND DOWN AT ME AS IF IM NOT ALL THAT" so I told him to leave. Got to the hallway with him still laughing and he then said he would stay. Back in the bedroom and he tries to give me a lesser fee and again "WAVED HANDS UP AND DOWN AT ME AS IF IM NOT WORTH MY FEE PULLING A FACE TO SAY HE FINDS ME UNNATRACTIVE" so I said just forget it, out you go. Back in the hallway with front door open and he says "okay okay" . Ask him if he has the whole fee and he says yes, proceeds to pull out the money but is a tenner short. I tell him he can have a lesser time for that fee and he says "NO! an hour!". I handed him back his money and literally pushed him up the hallway and out of my door with him telling me he would spend it on another girl to which I told him good, go for it, I'm not deperate for the cash to be treated like a cheap time.

He then called back later to try to make a booking and kept insisting that he was going to come and going to pay me only the fee he had tried to pay me earlier. I told him no. He then kept calling and calling over and over for about an hour.

Just ignore this one girls, he is a time waster and I think he gets off on giving you the lesser fee to see if  you are desperate enough to take whatever he is offering
